Mr. Gibson is a Senior Project Manager with more than 28 years of experience in environmental remediation and consulting. Mr. Gibson has managed the regulatory compliance of State and federally regulated underground storage tanks (USTs) at hundreds of project sites throughout New Jersey. He is certified and licensed to complete UST work and has a broad understanding of the permitting and DEP filings needed for UST compliance. He has submitted documents to the DEP for closure, upgrades, substantial modifications, and abandonment-in-place of regulated tanks and has a track record for obtaining case closure when a discharge has occurred.

Mr. Gibson has significant technical experience in developing Remediation Investigation Reports (RIRs) and Remedial Action Workplans (RAWs) in accordance with the regulatory guidelines for Site Remediation, coordination and implementation of the RIRs and RAWs, management of USTs, and preparation of expert reports. Mr. Gibson has extensive experience in the performance of Preliminary Assessment (PA) Reports in accordance with the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA).

Mr. Stattel is a New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) with over 15 years of experience in site investigations and remediation under New Jersey State and Federal regulatory programs.

 

Mr. Stattel has performed environmental assessments, supervised the closure of underground storage tanks (USTs) and managed the environmental aspects of site redevelopment projects for both private clients and governmental agencies.  He has managed and provided direct oversight of subcontractors during completion of investigative and remedial activities.  Mr. Stattel’s knowledge and experience encompasses site characterization, soil and groundwater remediation, UST closure permitting and registrations, report preparation, and document submittal to public agencies.
